The Eddy Current Testing Level II course provides comprehensive training and qualification for individuals involved in surface and tube inspections using advanced Eddy current testing techniques. Upon achieving Level II certification, individuals demonstrate competence in performing NDT inspections according to established procedures. Level II personnel have the authority to select the NDT technique for the test method, define limitations of application, translate codes and standards into NDT instructions, set up and verify equipment settings, perform and supervise tests, interpret and evaluate results, prepare written NDT instructions, carry out tasks at or below Level II, provide guidance to personnel at or below Level II, and report test results.

Training & Exam Duration:

• The Eddy Current Testing Level II course requires a total training duration of 40 hours for candidates who already hold Level I certification. For candidates who want to pursue Level II directly without prior Level I certification, the training duration is 80 hours. The course is designed to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience to excel in advanced eddy current testing. Work Experience Requirement:

• To attain NDT Level II certification in Eddy Current Testing (surface/tube), candidates must complete 400 hours of supervised work experience if they already hold Level I certification. For candidates seeking direct Level II certification without prior Level I certification, 1600 hours of supervised work experience are required. This work experience requirement complements the theoretical training, allowing individuals to apply their knowledge in practical scenarios and develop their proficiency in eddy current testing.
