Position Summary:

The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a critical role in ARIX Technologies' sales pipeline by generating new business opportunities and qualifying potential leads. This individual will be responsible for conducting outbound prospecting through various channels, acting as the first point of contact for prospective clients, and collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams. The BDR will thrive in a high-performance environment, leveraging curiosity, resilience, and strong communication skills to drive lead generation and business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new leads.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for early-stage prospects, effectively communicating ARIX Technologies' value proposition.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to track activity, manage pipeline, and maintain data accuracy.
  • Maintain consistent activity levels aligned with team goals, including calls, emails, and touchpoints.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine outreach, messaging, and lead handoff processes.
  • Provide prospects with relevant resources and information to guide them through the initial stages of the buyer’s journey.
  • Continuously develop industry knowledge regarding the oil and gas market, ARIX’s technologies, and customer pain points.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or outbound prospecting role, ideally within oil & gas or industrial services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-activity environment.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks based on KPIs.
  • Previous experience selling into downstream oil and gas companies is highly desirable.
