Inspection Coordinator

Position Summary:

Fulkrum is seeking a dedicated Inspection Coordinator to manage the sourcing, selection, placement, and performance of Fulkrum Technical Inspectors. The role involves liaising with clients, managing candidate relationships, and ensuring high standards of quality in delivering inspection services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global provider of inspection, expediting, auditing, and technical staffing services in the energy, engineering, and construction industries.

Responsibilities:

• Handle client requests for QA/QC, engineering, and project support personnel.
• Liaise with clients on proposals, interviews, selection, and placement of candidates.
• Issue successful candidates with assignment details, including obligations, responsibilities, and deliverables.
• Source and match candidates to client requirements, providing project-related information when necessary.
• Advise candidates on performance, reporting, and adherence to timekeeping standards.
• Provide performance updates upon request to the Operations Manager.
• Maintain Fulkrum/candidate relations through regular care calls during assignments.
• Be commercially aware and negotiate placements effectively with candidates and clients.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Oil and Gas industry project types, both onshore and offshore.
• Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to react positively in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Technical qualification in a relevant field.
• Extensive knowledge of QA/QC processes and industry standards.
