Medical Technical Manager Job Description:

For a well-founded electro-optical manufacturer, we are launching a new project for medical imaging cameras. We are seeking an experienced technical manager who can work with and motivate a multidisciplinary R&D team to meet project goals. The ideal candidate will be independent yet a team player and passionate about going the extra mile.

Our company is stationed in the north.

Key Responsibilities:

- Defining technical requirements and motivating the R&D team to achieve project goals

- Defining and implementing a medical research plan, including milestones, schedule, and budget

- Managing research information and formulating work methodologies

- Coordinating with sub-contractors to ensure project success

- Providing professional assistance to medical teams, including equipment installation, demonstration, and training

- Leading weekly and monthly work meetings to manage tasks and report on progress

Qualifications:

- Experience in project, product, and/or technical management

- Experience in medical device research.

- Strong Personal technical skills - thermal imaging is preferred

- Excellent communication and coordination abilities

- Ability to manage time and resources effectively

- Passion for medical technology and innovation
