NDT Inspector

Position Summary:

Oceaneering is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented NDT Inspector to join its dynamic team. This role involves performing advanced non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections, supporting customers with technical expertise, and delivering accurate inspection results through systematic evaluations. Responsibilities:

• Conduct NDT inspections across various methods, including X-ray (RT), Magnetic Particle (MT), Penetrant (PT), Visual Inspection (VT), Eddy Current (ET), and Ultrasound (UT).
• Serve as a technical resource and professional support for customers.
• Produce and deliver comprehensive technical reports based on inspection results.
• Review, evaluate, and document inspection findings systematically.
• Develop and refine work procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Level 2 certification according to EN ISO 9712 (PCN or NORDTEST) in X-ray (RT), with additional qualifications in one or more of the following: MT, PT, VT, ET, UT.
• Possession of a radiation protection certificate is desirable.
• Preferably in Sheet Metal, Welding, or NDT (not mandatory).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English.
• Proficient in computer operations and software applications relevant to the role.
