Position Summary:
Danatronics is seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales engineer to join its team in the Houston area. This role is designed for a motivated individual who will be responsible for promoting and selling Danatronics' full line of ultrasonic products. The Sales Engineer will work closely with both new and existing clients to understand their needs, demonstrate product capabilities, and drive sales growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with technical sales expertise in industrial applications, particularly in ultrasonic technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Danatronics' complete range of ultrasonic products to clients in various industries, including manufacturing, engineering, and inspection sectors.
- Identify and target potential customers in the Houston area, establishing strong relationships and effectively managing the sales process.
- Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to clients, ensuring a clear understanding of the product benefits and applications.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to maintain relationships, address inquiries, and identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure customer needs are met.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and advancements in ultrasonic technology to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in ultrasonic products, industrial equipment, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of ultrasonic technology and its applications in industrial and inspection processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sales projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the Houston area to meet clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the sale of industrial inspection equipment or similar technical products.
- Technical background or engineering knowledge related to ultrasonic technology.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
