NDT Technical Consultant

Position Summary:

SIUI NDT is seeking a highly skilled and motivated NDT Technical Consultant to join its growing sales team. The role involves providing expert-level technical support and consultation for SIUI’s advanced ultrasonic testing (UT) products, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through pre-sales and after-sales technical support.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new distributors and customers to expand business opportunities.
• Conduct advanced UT product demonstrations for potential customers.
• Collaborate with sales staff to provide pre-sales support for key projects, including:
• Collect and analyze potential customer information, conducting needs analysis and segmentation.
• Provide expert consultation for complex applications, addressing both hardware and software challenges.
• Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Deliver after-sales technical support, including practical guidance and training for customers.

Requirements:

• High enthusiasm for promoting and re-selling SIUI products.
• Proven experience in a technical consulting or project management role.
• Skilled in PAUT/TOFD instrument operation, with relevant certifications (UT Level 3 preferred).
• Strong business development skills, including identifying and meeting the needs of target user groups.
• Ability to create business value through strategic planning and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications and expertise in ultrasonic testing (UT), particularly PAUT and TOFD.
• Strong technical background with the ability to consult on complex applications.
