Position Summary:

Arora Technologies (P) Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join their team. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for aggressively pursuing lead generation, driving sales, and developing strong customer relationships to achieve set sales targets. The role involves providing application support, product demonstrations, and continuous follow-up with customers to ensure effective product usage. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by maintaining an aggressive approach to lead generation and closing sales.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities through existing customers, cold calling, and other methods of lead generation.
  • Coordinate and perform product demonstrations for customers, ensuring timely and effective presentations.
  • Ensure that payments are collected on or before the agreed terms.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers on how to effectively use products. Create application-based videos and documents to assist customers with their needs.
  • Stay updated with competitive data, manage demo equipment, and ensure that product knowledge is current and accurate.
  • Work closely with other teams when required to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • BE in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in technical sales, preferably with knowledge or experience in NDT (Non-Destructive Testing).

Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge of products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and sales acumen.
  • Proficient in customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and product demonstrations.

Qualification:

  • BE Mechanical (or equivalent qualification).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical sales, with a preference for candidates with NDT knowledge or experience.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
