Position Summary:

Innerspec Technologies Inc. is seeking high-energy Sales Engineers to drive the sales of its world-class Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) portable systems across Europe and the Middle East. This role is ideal for individuals with prior NDT inspection experience seeking a transition into sales, or those with industrial sales experience looking to work with leading-edge industrial instrumentation. The position requires a self-driven, entrepreneurial individual capable of working with minimal supervision and demonstrating equipment in industrial settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts market research and proactively contacts prospective customers.
  • Provides hands-on product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Manages the bid and proposal process, including customer analysis, technical report preparation, sales presentations, and quotation generation.
  • Actively participates in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborates with the Marketing team to prepare sales documentation and social media content.

Requirements:

  • Willing and capable of performing hands-on demonstrations of equipment in industrial environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel 40-50% of the time.
  • Experience in the NDT industry (inspector, sales) or selling instrumentation in industrial environments.

Qualifications:

  • University degree (preferably technical). If a non-technical degree, the candidate must demonstrate prior experience working with industrial equipment.
  • Experience with Non-Destructive Testing equipment (desired).
  • Experience and knowledge of process industries (e.g., oil & gas) (desired).
