Position Summary:

Eddyfi Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join its Southeast Asia team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing clients, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth within an assigned territory in Southeast Asia. This role requires identifying emerging opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and executing strategic sales plans to expand the company’s market presence.

Responsibilities:

The Sales Manager will develop and implement strategic territory plans to prioritize leads and opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with new and existing customers. This role requires identifying and researching potential customers and markets, providing market intelligence to Business Unit Product Managers, and demonstrating in-depth knowledge of advanced ultrasonic testing (UT) and electromagnetic (EM) NDT technologies. The Sales Manager will be responsible for updating CRM systems such as Salesforce, analyzing sales performance, and preparing detailed sales reports and forecasts. Regular client interaction through virtual meetings, phone calls, and in-person visits will be essential, as well as traveling across the Southeast Asian region, including occasional international travel. The position also involves participating in internal sales meetings, supporting key business partnerships, managing travel bookings, and handling administrative tasks such as expense submissions.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess a strong business acumen and the ability to adapt to diverse cultural and business environments. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional Southeast Asian languages considered an asset. Applicants must be highly customer-focused, results-oriented, and skilled in relationship-building and negotiation. The position demands proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools. A willingness to travel up to 50% of the time is required.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field is preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of experience in non-destructive testing (NDT), with a strong focus on advanced ultrasonic testing (UT) and electromagnetic (EM) techniques. Strong influencing skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute operational plans effectively are essential for success in this role.
