Senior QC Coordinator

Position Summary:

The Senior QC/Inspection Coordinator is responsible for sourcing, selecting, placing, and managing assigned Fulkrum Technical Inspectors. This role involves acting as the primary liaison between clients and candidates to ensure that staffing solutions for QA/QC, engineering, project support, and site or office-based roles are executed effectively. The coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining candidate performance, managing relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Handle client requests for the provision of QA/QC, engineering, project support, and other site or office-based personnel.
• Liaise with clients on the proposal, interview, selection, and placement of candidates to meet specific project requirements.
• Issue successful candidates with comprehensive information regarding their obligations, responsibilities, and deliverables throughout their assignments.
• Source candidates that match client requirements and, when applicable, prepare candidates for interviews by providing relevant project or commodity-related details.
• Advise candidates when reports, performance, timekeeping, or other requirements are not met.
• Provide timely performance updates on candidates upon request by the Operations Manager.
• Manage ongoing Fulkrum/candidate relations through regular 'care calls' during assignments.
• Demonstrate commercial awareness during negotiations with both candidates and clients.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships in a fast-paced, high-tempo environment.
• Strong initiative and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to interact effectively with clients and candidates.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Holding a relevant Technical Qualification.
• Extensive knowledge of oil and gas industry project types, both onshore and offshore.
• Demonstrated ability to react positively in high-tempo situations and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
