Position Summary:

Arora Technologies (P) Limited is looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader - Sales (Automation & Robotics) to oversee the entire lifecycle of automation and robotics projects. The individual will play a critical role in achieving sales targets, ensuring project success, and fostering client satisfaction. This role requires a strong background in sales management, technical expertise in automation and robotics, and the ability to lead and support a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

Sales Management

  • Drive sales efforts to achieve targets and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Generate leads and coordinate product demonstrations for prospective customers.
  • Prepare and present competitive quotations and proposals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Report sales performance and updates to principals on a monthly basis.

Project Management

  • Lead and manage automation and robotics projects from initiation to post-delivery support.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.

Team Leadership

  • Coordinate with designers, project engineers, and technical teams to ensure proper quotation and project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance to the team in design development, vendor sourcing, and project implementation.
  • Regularly follow up with the team to ensure daily activities align with targets and project timelines.
  • Ensure project completion within estimated costs and deadlines.

Reporting and Strategy

  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports and performance reviews.
  • Formulate strategies to enhance sales and improve project efficiency.
  • Deliver timely reports to principals and conduct strategic presentations as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
  • At least 4 years of experience in project sales and a minimum of 3 years in the automation sector.
  • Familiarity with NDT methods is preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven expertise in sales management, technical sales, and customer relationship management.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of automation technology and robotics.
  • Leadership skills with experience in team coordination and project management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and sales strategies.
