Temporary Rope Access Level III

Position Summary:

Acuren is actively recruiting for a Rope Access Level III Technician for upcoming projects and turnarounds. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in rope access techniques, along with the skills required to work in various industrial environments. This role is responsible for performing advanced rope access services, ensuring safety, and demonstrating expertise in critical rescue techniques. The position offers a competitive hourly wage and the opportunity to contribute to critical infrastructure projects in energy, industrial, and public sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Perform specific job functions related to work orders and project requirements.
• Demonstrate proficiency in relevant work techniques, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of advanced rescue techniques, applying them as needed.
• Demonstrate all the skills and knowledge required of a Level III Rope Access Technician.
• Assist and support other technicians when necessary, providing leadership and guidance.
• Ensure operational safety of all equipment used during assignments, adhering to all safety standards.

Requirements:

• IRATA Level 3 Certification is required.
• Extensive understanding of rope access applications, including theory, equipment, rigging, maneuvers, climbing, hauling, and advanced rescue techniques.
• A minimum of three (3) years of documented experience as an IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Technician in a variety of industrial settings.
• Valid first aid certification.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively within a diverse team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work productively and safely in adverse and challenging conditions.

Benefits:

Pay Transparency: The pay range for this role is $34.00 - $55.00 per hour, depending on experience and applicable certifications.
