Training and Certification Coordinator

Training and Certification Coordinator based in Grangemouth – Ref RAIS10:

Sonomatic RAIS are currently recruiting for a TRAINING & CERTIFICATION COORDINATOR to join our busy Team in Grangemouth

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintain in-house training database.
• Maintain company SharePoint with copies of certification and other supporting documents.
• Arrange recertification and training courses in line with training database requirements and training requests.
• Arrange Travel & Accommodation for booked training courses.
• Compile, Track and save all Training Agreements
• Supporting the build and implementation of training plans for contracts and location.
• Completion of Personnel Eye Tests.

Sonomatic RAIS work in many different scenarios with many different disciplines of people, so we are looking for someone who is inclusive, eager to learn and develop. Knowledge of Microsoft office apps would be preferred.
