Ether NDE is proud to announce the integration of the innovative Rotary C-Scanning feature as a standard capability in the AeroCheck 3. This enhancement significantly elevates the instrument’s functionality, making it an essential tool for NDT professionals.
The AeroCheck 3 now supports rotary capabilities as standard and is compatible with the ETher Mercury (mini) ARD002, Hocking 33A100, and Rohmann MR3/SR1 and SR2 Drives (with special adapter cable). This advanced feature offers a high-resolution C-Scan capability that provides detailed images of inner diameter hole inspections. Users can now visualize individual layers within inspected holes, enhancing their understanding of material integrity and potential defects.
Key Features and Benefits:
- High-Resolution Imaging: The new C-Scan feature delivers clear, detailed images, allowing for comprehensive analysis of inner diameters.
- Full Data Array Storage: The AeroCheck 3 can store data from up to two frequencies, accommodating a wide range of inspection needs.
- Enhanced Analysis Capabilities: Data can be analyzed directly on the instrument or transferred to a desktop PC for further examination. Users can optimize the stored data with fully adjustable Gain and Phase settings post-test, significantly increasing the probability of detection and improving data interpretation.
- Ample Storage: With the capability to store up to 10,000 scans on the included 32GB SD card, users can conduct extensive inspections without the worry of data loss.
"We are excited to enhance the AeroCheck 3 with the Rotary C-Scanning feature, making it even more versatile and user-friendly," said Ian Gough, Chief Mechanical Engineer at Ether NDE. "This advancement not only improves inspection quality but also empowers our customers with the ability to perform more detailed analyses than ever before."
