Fraunhofer Institute for Nondestructive Testing IZFP has appointed Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing. Andreas Noss as its new Administrative Director, effective February 1, 2025. Noss will also serve as a member of the newly established Institute Steering Committee. This strategic appointment aims to bolster the institute's commercial and organizational management expertise, reinforcing its position as a leader in the field of innovative sensor technologies and digital signal processing.
With an extensive background in finance, controlling, and strategic corporate management, Noss brings a wealth of experience to the role. Prior to joining Fraunhofer IZFP, he spent seven years as the commercial director of ZeMA gGmbH, where he was responsible for the economic management and ongoing development of the organization. His career also includes significant leadership roles in commercial and operational management at Robert Bosch GmbH.
