Founded in 1953, IRISNDT specializes in a wide range of services, including traditional NDT methods, advanced technologies like drone inspections, and asset integrity management. Its services cover key sectors such as energy, chemicals, and agriculture, providing critical support for the safe operation of industrial plants and assets.
With over 2,000 employees and operations in 48 branches worldwide, IRISNDT is highly regarded for its customer-centric approach and commitment to safety, as demonstrated by its Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +70. The company’s fast-growing wind energy sector also complements Apave’s strategy to diversify into renewable energy markets.
The acquisition is supported by Apave’s strong focus on expanding its global reach in the Training, Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TTIC) sectors.
