This strategic move significantly expands Ashtead Technology’s capabilities, enhancing its subsea Survey and Robotics portfolio.
The acquisition adds over 100 specialist technical employees to Ashtead Technology’s workforce and increases its rental fleet by approximately 30%. With operational bases in Singapore, the UAE, the UK, and the US, the integration of Seatronics and J2 Subsea strengthens the company’s international reach, fortifying relationships with clients across key geographies.
