Ashtead Technology has entered into a distributor agreement with Impact Subsea, further strengthening its subsea technology portfolio in Singapore. This strategic collaboration follows Ashtead Technology’s acquisition of Seatronics and J2 Subsea last year, and marks another significant milestone in enhancing its offerings for the underwater inspection, survey, and monitoring markets.
Impact Subsea, known for its innovative underwater sensors for ROV and AUV applications—including depth, altitude, and heading measurement systems—brings high-accuracy data capabilities to challenging environments. Under the new agreement, Impact Subsea’s product range is now available for both purchase and rental through Ashtead Technology’s Singapore hub, expanding access to advanced subsea technology in the region.
