Peak NDT Ltd., in partnership with Transform NDT, has announced the demonstration of their latest nondestructive testing (NDT) systems integration packages, designed to enable the development of custom Total Focusing Method (TFM) and Plane Wave Imaging (PWI) applications. These innovations are built around the Micropulse LTPA system and the UTEX Scientific InspectionWare software platform.
This collaboration allows Peak NDT and Transform NDT to offer robust support for customer-automated systems that require cutting-edge ultrasonic imaging techniques. In addition to standard phased array and single-channel inspections, the suite of Full Matrix Capture (FMC) and TFM tools available in the InspectionWare platform can be tailored to meet specific customer inspection needs.
The flexibility of the InspectionWare applications, combined with the broad capabilities of the Micropulse range, enables the seamless development of systems for specific inspection tasks. Before deployment at a customer site, these inspection systems and techniques can be verified using Transform NDT’s in-house automated inspection robotic cell.
