JetSoft Introduces Inspection Results Monitor (IRM) to Address Updated Nadcap Checklist

In response to the revised Nadcap checklist, which now requires inspection departments to track defect rates across operators, part types, and inspection techniques, JetSoft, a specialized software and data company focusing on non-destructive testing (NDT), has unveiled the Inspection Results Monitor (IRM). This software has been specifically developed to meet the new requirements.

Under the updated Nadcap requirements, companies are now mandated to collect inspection results while documenting the inspector responsible for the evaluation, as well as the specific part types. This approach establishes a baseline of quality to effectively characterize and compare outliers. The IRM ensures companies' compliance with the AC7114 Rev R section 10 regulation, providing assistance in the gathering and analysis of inspection findings.

Tom Martin, CEO and Founder of JetSoft emphasized the company's commitment to creating software solutions for the management and utilization of inspection data. Recognizing the need to address the newly revised Nadcap AC7114 Rev R regulation, Martin expressed pride in the result—the Inspection Results Monitor—a lightweight application designed to facilitate compliance with the new regulations in the easiest and simplest way possible.

The IRM comprises three key components that aid manufacturers and non-destructive testing facilities in meeting the new regulations. The software seamlessly integrates with various inspection methods, providing a user-friendly interface for creating and managing a centralized digital logbook. This enables quick and simple input of inspection data, with effortless filters to locate, isolate, and sort information across inspection stations, sites, and users.

JetSoft employs trend monitoring within the IRM to analyze inspection results, enabling companies to gain valuable insights and a deeper understanding of their processes. By storing inspection data in a digital logbook, the solution offers advanced visualizations and analytical tools to examine results as a dataset. This not only ensures compliance with the new regulations but also empowers companies to make informed decisions and continuously improve operations with confidence.

The IRM also incorporates robust reporting capabilities, generating analysis reports in Microsoft Word format with a single click. These reports are designed to meet the correct layout specified in the AC7114 Rev R section 10 requirements. The streamlined reporting process saves time in report generation for audits and provides consistent information to stakeholders.

The Inspection Results Monitor is a digitized solution that continually evolves and adapts to align with the evolving requirements of Nadcap.
