Bafna and his wife, Mrs. Neelam Bafna, the company has grown from a small testing lab in Mumbai to a global player, serving over 5,000 clients in sectors such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, infrastructure, and defense.
TCR’s success is rooted in its unwavering commitment to precision and industry standards, as reflected in its ISO 17025 and NABL accreditations. Over the years, the company has expanded its reach to key international markets, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, and Nigeria.
Reflecting on the company’s journey, Mrs. Neelam Bafna, Co-founder and Chairwoman, stated, “This milestone is a testament to the vision and values upon which TCR was built. After the passing of her husband in 2013, Mrs. Bafna took charge, leading the company with resilience and vision. Under her leadership, TCR has embraced new technologies and expanded its global footprint, all while staying true to the values of integrity and innovation that were set in motion by her late husband.
