The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition is a strategic move by USA DeBusk to bolster its NDT inspection capabilities while creating synergies across its multi-service portfolio. It also expands the geographic reach and business growth opportunities for CIMA Inspection, further strengthening its collaboration potential within the industry.
CIMA Inspection specializes in non-destructive testing services, offering a comprehensive suite of advanced and conventional inspection methodologies for critical equipment across various sectors, including energy, chemical processing, and manufacturing. By leveraging NDT techniques, inspectors can evaluate materials, components, and systems without causing damage or permanent alterations. These inspections are integral to improving safety, preventing accidents, minimizing downtime, enhancing quality control, and mitigating environmental and compliance risks.
