After nearly three decades of pioneering leadership, Hajo Schulenburg, the founder of VisiConsult X-ray Systems & Solutions GmbH, has officially passed the management baton to his sons, Lennart and Finn Schulenburg. The leadership transition marks a key milestone in the company’s history and is the result of a strategically planned ten-year succession process. Both sons, who have been with the company for approximately 14 years, bring deep industry expertise and a bold vision for the future of VisiConsult.
Hajo Schulenburg founded VisiConsult in 1996 with the vision of combining cutting-edge technological innovation with the highest standards of quality. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a global leader in industrial X-ray technology, consistently pushing boundaries to meet the evolving needs of customers worldwide.

Despite stepping down from day-to-day operations, Hajo Schulenburg will remain an integral part of the company. In his new role as Co-General Manager of VisiConsult's subsidiary in India, he will play a key role in driving the development of the Pune production site and will help steer the company’s global manufacturing strategies.
