Certification Requirements:
- Attend the certification training and successfully pass the General, Specific, and Practical examinations with a score of 80% or higher.
- Maintain documentation of education or experience annually.
- Maintain hearing acuity at or below 25 dBHL at 500 Hz to 4 kHz in one ear (with or without aid). Annual hearing acuity examinations must be documented.
