The acquisition also sees the rejoining of Jeremy Ring to the team, who will assist in expanding the company’s growth in the USA. Alongside Neil Kelly, Max Yates, and Adam Daniels, the management team was advised by Wallace LLP, Ensors, and Verity Relationship Intelligence. The previous shareholders were advised by Prism Corporate Broking.
